In Memoriam

Prof. Dr. Florin Isac
1933–2012

In Memory of Our Mentor, Prof. Dr. Florin Isac

In the depths of winter
, amid terrible
weather, a part of us
was taken from the Romanian Society of Aesthetic Surgery.
Florin Isac
—our
professor, our
mentor, our
colleague, our friend.
He gave his all to plastic surgery in Romania
.
Every plastic
surgeon has in the genetic code of their specialty
a sequence called “Florin Isac”
—of which they are proud
and to which they can turn at any
time with confidence.
We are plastic
surgeons in part because of him.
We need him—
his advice,
his insights.
Our mentor, Florin Isac, will live on through us.
Thank you, Mentor!
