A 31-year-old female patient with grade 2 breast ptosis and asymmetry; bilateral breast augmentation and concomitant periareolar mastopexy were performed using round Arion implants of 360 cc (left breast) and 330 cc (right breast), inserted subpectorally. Result at 2 months postoperatively.
