Biographie… ist die einzig wahre Geschichte – Thomas Carlyle
Dr. Cristina (Ina) Isac wurde am 11.04.1977 in Bukarest geboren. Ihre Eltern, Aurelia und Florin Isac, beide plastische Chirurgen, weckten in ihr die Leidenschaft für die Medizin und insbesondere für das Fachgebiet, dem sie später folgen sollte. Dr. Cristina Isac hat eine Schwester, Raluca Isac-Renaud, die einen Abschluss in Politikwissenschaft und internationalen Beziehungen hat.
Von 1995 bis 2001 studierte Dr. Ina Isac an der Medizinischen Fakultät „Carol Davila" in Bukarest. Nach bestandenem Staatsexamen erhielt sie den Titel Ärztin und schloss das Studium als Jahrgangsbeste mit der Note 10 ab.
Von 2002 bis 2008 absolvierte Dr. Cristina Isac ihre Facharztausbildung an der Universität für Medizin und Pharmazie Bukarest im Fachgebiet Plastische Chirurgie und wurde Fachärztin. Während der Facharztausbildung absolvierte sie theoretische und praktische Weiterbildungen in England, Dänemark, den USA, Schweden, Japan und Frankreich und vertiefte dabei verschiedene Bereiche des Fachgebiets sowie fortgeschrittene Operationstechniken, die in renommierten internationalen Kliniken angewendet werden.
Im November 2006 verteidigte Dr. Cristina Isac ihre Doktorarbeit mit dem Titel „Ätiopathogenetische, klinische und therapeutische Beiträge zur Kompression des Nervus medianus im Karpaltunnel" und erhielt den Titel Doktor der Medizin. Die Arbeit wurde unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Bratu Tiberiu verfasst.
Anfang 2007 erhielt sie im Rahmen eines Auswahlverfahrens die Stelle als Universitätsassistentin an der Klinik für Plastische Chirurgie und Rekonstruktive Mikrochirurgie der Universität für Medizin und Pharmazie „Carol Davila" Bukarest und war am Klinischen Notfallkrankenhaus für Plastische, Wiederherstellungs- und Verbrennungschirurgie „Steaua" tätig.
Seit 2006 bis heute ist Dr. Ina Isac in einer privaten Klinik für ästhetische Chirurgie tätig.
Im Jahr 2012 erhielt sie im Auswahlverfahren den Titel Chefärztin für Plastische Chirurgie und Rekonstruktive Mikrochirurgie. 
Die ihrer Lehrtätigkeit entsprechende berufliche Tätigkeit umfasst die theoretische und praktische Ausbildung zukünftiger Fachärzte, Forschungstätigkeiten sowie die Durchführung chirurgischer Eingriffe an Patientinnen und Patienten:
- die Lehraufgaben bestehen aus theoretischen Kursen und/oder praktischen Demonstrationen repräsentativer klinischer Fälle.
- Forschungstätigkeit zu verschiedenen theoretischen/praktischen Themen. In diesem Zeitraum wurden 8 wissenschaftliche Arbeiten veröffentlicht und vorgestellt.
- laufende Betreuung stationärer Patientinnen und Patienten mit verschiedenen Krankheitsbildern: Verletzungen jeglicher Lokalisation mit Weichteilschäden, Verbrennungen, posttraumatische oder postkombustionale Folgeschäden (Verformungen nach Verbrennungen), Weichteiltumoren, verschiedene angeborene Fehlbildungen, Korrektur ästhetisch beeinträchtigender Zustände.
Seit 2014 übt Dr. Ina Isac ihre praktische Tätigkeit ausschliesslich im privaten Bereich aus und führt ästhetisch-chirurgische Eingriffe durch.
Grundlage aller beruflichen Erfolge ist eine kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und intensive praktische Tätigkeit, ergänzt durch die Teilnahme an verschiedenen nationalen und internationalen Fachkongressen (jährliche nationale Kongresse der Rumänischen Gesellschaft für Plastische, Ästhetische und Rekonstruktive Mikrochirurgie; Internationaler Kongress für Handchirurgie, Budapest 2004; Internationaler Kongress für Ästhetische und Kosmetische Chirurgie, Tokio 2006; Internationaler Kongress für Ästhetische Chirurgie und Anti-Aging, Paris 2008)
